What you will be working on
- Oversee mid to long term plans, strategy and digital transformation
- Ensure alignment with MINDEF/SAF's strategic directions in digitalisation, data/system management, workforce planning and service delivery
- Oversee management of CMPB's corporate service lines under MINDEF Shared Services contract to ensure business excellence
- Manage CMPB's Information Technology systems and corporate and finance functions to support frontline operations
- Plan and strategise longer term plans into executable efforts that can be tracked by reasonable Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure both performance and effectiveness
Challenge(s)
- Maintaining holistic overview of complex plans, strategy and digital transformation efforts while adapting to changes in strategic environment affecting frontline operations
- Orchestrating change management across digital and physical domains while ensuring good buy-in from affected personnel and achieving business excellence
What we are looking for
- Education in engineering, digital and management related fields
- At least 6 years of experience in digital transformation, strategic planning or related areas
- Strategic and critical thinking abilities
- Forward looking approach with sound time management and ability to plan and strategise longer term initiatives
- Good interpersonal skills anchored on values to network with stakeholders and vendors
