What you will be working on
- Run and deliver Vacation Attachment (VA) Operations Analysis programme
- Coordinate learning activities, engagement sessions and project-based assignments for participants
- Organise structured dialogues and engagement opportunities with senior leaders for participants
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to source, curate and develop meaningful content for participants
- Work closely with assigned mentors to align guidance and synchronise developmental efforts for participants
Challenge(s)
- Effectively communicating and collaborating with multiple stakeholders whilst possessing strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrating good understanding of intelligence analysis
- Adapting to changes and maintaining programme quality
What we are looking for
- Experience in intelligence outfit and/or in human resources is advantageous
- Independent, meticulous and analytical approach with ability to adapt to changes
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Microsoft Word and Excel
