We welcome you to join our team as: ASSISTANT MANAGER / MANAGER FAMILY DISPUTE RESOLUTION DIVISION FAMILY JUSTICE COURTS The successful candidate will work with a team of judges and court administrators in the implementation and management of alternative dispute resolution services as well as related services and/or programmes in the Family Justice Courts. The candidate will work with multi-disciplinary teams internally as well as liaise with external agencies such as the Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF).

What you will be working on

• Provide administrative support to Judicial Officers and/or Mediators • Provide end-to-end administrative support for cases that come through Registry (including processing court documents before and after each hearing and updating hearing outcomes) • Coordinate and work with internal and external multi-disciplinary experts from strategic partners and external agencies such as MSF in the holistic management of cases • Provide customer service at the Registry in a timely, efficient and professional manner and co-ordinate efforts of the different sections to facilitate a seamless delivery of quality service to the court users • Monitor incoming correspondence and draft replies or route them to respective Judicial Officers / departments for follow up • Update and maintain documents, databases and systems accurately and expeditiously • Handle day-to-day system requests and enquiries from government agencies/court users/members of the public • Perform the full range of secretarial functions and any other administrative duties assigned • Provide suggestions to improve existing workflows as well as to update SOPs within a specific Registry area of work • Participate in divisional, cross-divisional and whole of judiciary projects, involving digitalisation and transformation

What we are looking for

• At least 2 years of relevant working experience • IT-savvy and proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel and Powerpoint) • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) • Well-organised and meticulous • Proactive and able to work under pressure, independently as well as in a team, in a fast-paced environment • Capable of working across all levels within the organisation • Experience with E-Litigation system will be an advantage The successful candidate will be appointed on a one-year probationary contract in the first instance.
