What you will be working on
- Execute contracts for outsourced training resources to support training operations
- Manage availability, utilisation and allocation of trainer systems, training aids and training facilities
- Track utilisation data of key trainer systems and training facilities
- Ensure timely payments and governance compliance for all outsourced training contracts
- Communicate with external training partners to provide training resources to support the RSN's training
- Design, recommend and evaluate contract management and governance compliance initiatives
Challenge(s)
- Balancing competing training demands between school houses and operational units
- Making quick adjustments to cater for last minute changes due to potential operational constraints
- Arbitrating demands between schoolhouses for limited common training facilities while prioritising and allocating resources to support schoolhouses with minimum disruption to training courses
What we are looking for
- Education in Supply Chain or Logistics Management is preferred
- At least 5 years of working experience in logistics and supply chain management
- Experience in contract management and training resource support is advantageous
- Meticulous approach to tracking utilisation data and ensuring governance compliance
- Ability to work independently
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
