• Assist Head of Division in reviewing policies pertaining to the accreditation and continuing professional education (CPE) framework and guidelines as well as renewal of Practising Certificate (PC) in the Division.
• Coordinate accreditation and reaccreditation processes for formal nursing courses
• Facilitate accreditation processes for clinical placement providers
• Process CPE applications, events and claims and manage the accreditation and renewal of Practising Certificates (PC) applications process for healthcare practitioners.
• Review and develop effective mechanisms or work processes to ensure KPIs of the Division are met.
• Perform any other secretariat duties as may be assigned from time to time, including administrative support to various committees and ad-hoc working groups

What we are looking for
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing, education, healthcare related field
• Minimum 5 years progressive working experience, including 3 years in education/ healthcare/regulatory sector
• Minimum 3 years in supervisory/ management role
• Healthcare/ nursing/ education/ regulatory setting experience preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for supporting programme and clinical placement accreditation processes.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to details
• Team player with a positive attitude, able to work independently and proactively
• Adaptable, and able to work well under pressure and tight deadlines
• Proficient in information technology
