What you will be working on

Responsibilities

You will support the implementation and management of talent development initiatives and assist in designing and executing performance management processes and activities for the organisation. This includes, but not limited to the following:

  • Collaborate with Group/Depts to identify high-potential employees and engage these employees to understand their career aspirations to support the development of a clear and effective Talent Management framework and leadership succession pipeline for BCA.
  • Coordinate Talent learning and development programmes, track their effectiveness, and recommend improvements.
  • Review BCA’s performance management frameworks and related processes and systems, to sustain a capable and performance-oriented workforce. E.g. convene annual performance appraisal meetings and discussions at Corporate level and organise Promotion Ceremony.
  • Leverage data and digital tools to conduct analysis on employee performance metrics and talent pipeline to inform strategic decision-making and reporting to the senior management.

What we are looking for

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of working experience in HR, such as in the performance management or talent management functions would be an advantage. 
  • Good communication, written and interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and organising HR data.
  • Ability to multi-task, undertake pressure in a fast-paced environment and meticulous.
  • Individuals with no prior HR experience but are passionate about People are also welcomed to apply
