We are seeking a dynamic and organized Assistant Manager to coordinate the planning and operations of Learning Express (LeX) — a 12-day overseas social innovation programme. This role is ideal for someone with strong project management skills, a passion for student development, and the ability to work across diverse stakeholders.

What you will be working on

  • Coordinate logistics with overseas and local partners, including procurement of travel, accommodation, and insurance for staff and students.

  • Manage resource support for LeX facilitators, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding each semester.

  • Support partnership development with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring accurate documentation and effective communication.

  • Act as the main point of contact for students, parents, and staff, providing timely updates and clear information.

  • Maintain and update programme web portals with accurate content and resources.

  • Design and manage comprehensive programme guides for staff, students, and stakeholders.

What we are looking for

  • Diploma or degree in any discipline.

  • 4–8 years of relevant work experience, preferably in programme coordination, travel management, or within the education sector.

  • Strong organisational and project management abilities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and programme management software.

  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail.

  • Cultural sensitivity and adaptability to diverse environments.

Successful candidate will be offered a 2-year contract in the first instance.
