You will translate WSH challenges into actionable technology plans and integrate WSH considerations into the broader technology ecosystem.

What you will be working on
Your responsibilities will include identifying market-ready technologies with the highest impact on WSH issues, driving industry awareness and adoption through targeted programmes, events, and regulatory mechanisms, and supporting the development, testing, and commercialisation of innovative WSH technology solutions. You will also monitor technology adoption rates and evaluate the effectiveness of programmes and initiatives.
What we are looking for
• 2 years of relevant experience in project and multi-stakeholder management, preferably in the workplace health, safety and technology spaces
• Prior experience working with partners across from problem identification, partner sourcing, prototyping to commercialization
• Strong people skills to drive collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Ability to condense complex and multi-factorial issues into clear and concise content.
• Knowledge in data science and artificial intelligence is an added advantage.
• Interest in technology solutions
