Executive/ Senior Manager (Finance & Administration)

The Professional Engineers Board Singapore (PEB) is a statutory board in the Ministry of National Development. PEB was established since 1971 under the Professional Engineers Act. PEB’s Mission is to safeguard life, property, and welfare of the public by setting and maintaining high standards for registering professional engineers, and by regulating and advancing the practice of professional engineering. The Board conducts PE registration examinations, processes applications for registration as professional engineers and licences corporations supplying professional engineering services. We are looking for resourceful, energetic and self-motivated individuals to join us.

Position Responsibilities You will assist Registrar to carry out the Board’s core functions as follows: • Perform the Board’s procurement, revenue and payment transactions and preparation of financial statement. • Secretariat support for the Board’s meetings, Examination Committee, conduct of disciplinary inquiries and adhoc committees, registration of professional engineers, issuance of corporation licence, organisation of events etc. • Develop and review regulatory policies and processes to achieve high standards of professional engineering practice. • Manage and address the customers’ feedback.

Requirements: • At least 3 years’ relevant working experience particularly in finance administration, corporate functions and development • Ability to conceptualize and articulate policies. • IT Savvy, resourceful and able to work with people at all levels. • Excellent writing, communication and interpersonal skills.
