What the role is
You will be a part of HPB’s Integrated Outreach Department, under the Integrated Outreach West Division, which strives to advance health promotion efforts at the community and workplaces to reduce Singapore’s burden of diseases. We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Manager/Senior Manager to play a key role in the development and operationalisation of a strategy to drive adoption of healthier behaviours in the workplace setting.
What you will be working on
Scope
As a member of Integrated Outreach team overseeing Workplace Outreach, you will:
- Support the development of HPB’s new strategy to engage and partner companies to support worker health;
- Oversee the procurement of Project Manager services to implement HPB’s new strategy at scale;
- Support the planning and development of operational workflows for HPB to work with appointed Project Managers;
- Work with HPB’s corporate marketing team to oversee the design and publication of marketing materials for the implementation of HPB’s new strategy.

What an ideal candidate looks like
An ideal candidate will be a dynamic and self-motivated individual with at least 3 years of working experience. Candidates with experience in marketing, project management and government procurement processes will be considered favourably. The candidate should also possess:
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong work ethic, with pride and ownership of work assignments
- Ability to work well in matrix and highly dynamic teams
- Confidence to navigate uncertainty and iterative brainstorming processes
- Critical and conceptual thinking to distil and communicate concepts succinctly
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong result-orientation and enjoys challenges
Successful candidates will be offered a 1-year contract
