What you will be working on
• Oversee daily operations for work pass issuance and renewal, ensuring foreign employees fulfil prerequisites including Security Bond and medical insurance requirements, whilst ensuring the team delivers the necessary policy and service outcomes.
• Review, design and implement initiatives, leveraging AI, software robotics and backend system automations, to meet policy and service goals, while ensuring operational efficiency. This includes reviewing rules and processes, devising user stories as well as collaborating with IT teams and other stakeholders to conduct user tests and maintain relevant process documentation and guidelines to support implementation of policies and manpower transformation initiatives.
• Mine data to identify emerging patterns and anomalies and use insights to recommend improvements for operational efficiency or service experience.
What we are looking for
• Knowledge in data and automation such as data analytics, Python, SQL, and data visualisation would be advantageous
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, with excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Resourceful and able to work independently
• Able to adapt to an agile and fast paced environment
