Estate Manager (Redevelopment Programme, Customer Relations)

We are looking for a customer-centric professional to support the implementation of redevelopment programme for the rejuvenation of HDB towns and estates. This role combines customer-service with problem-solving, requiring you to understand residents’ issues and concerns, and customise solutions to meet their needs.

You will deliver quality services to residents of HDB flats which are undergoing redevelopment. This includes carrying out acquisition proceedings and facilitating the rehousing of the affected residents to ensure a seamless relocation journey. To enable the residents to make informed housing choices and prudent financial decisions, you will explain the available options to them and provide guidance. Your duties also include day-to-day liaison with residents (e.g. via phone-calls, emails, letters or house visits) as well as other parties like solicitors and relevant agencies. As part of your employment, you may also be involved in stakeholder engagement and outreach activities relating to redevelopment programme, or other duties to support the Group’s operational requirements.

In addition to a customer-centric mindset, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with people at all levels. You should also demonstrate strong organisational skills, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and have the ability to manage multiple priorities.
