[LTA – FIN] DEPUTY MANAGER, COLLECTIONS, RECEIVABLES & REFUNDS (1-YEAR LCT)
What the role is
What you will be working on
You will play a key role in project management for LTA’s collections and refunds system’s integrations with LTA’s business systems and enhancements. In this role, you will work at the intersection of finance and technology, partnering with internal stakeholders, IT teams and external vendors to deliver reliable, secure and scalable system solutions.
You will be responsible for driving system enhancements, ensuring effective change implementation, and maintaining operational stability.
Your Responsibilities Include:
• Lead end-to-end delivery of financial system enhancements, upgrades and integrations, from requirements gathering through implementation and post-implementation support.
• Partner with business users, IT and external vendors to deliver solutions on time, within scope and with minimal operational disruption.
• Prepare service requests, review and negotiate contractor quotations, and ensure value for money.
• Coordinate vendors and consultants, track progress, manage risks and dependencies, and resolve issues promptly.
• Assess cross-functional impacts of system changes to ensure alignment and operational readiness across finance functions.
• Support funding, procurement, audit and compliance activities, including access controls and follow-up on audit findings.
• Develop and maintain user guides, SOPs and communications to support system rollouts.
• Monitor and report on system-related expenditure to ensure financial prudence.
What we are looking for
- Knowledge in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Accountancy, Finance or a related field.
- 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in a Finance, Accounting or Financial Systems Project Management.
- Experience in managing or supporting IT system projects, preferably involving financial systems such as Oracle Customer Care and Billing, SAP or similar platforms.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight timelines.
- A proactive, self-driven team player with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience or exposure to data migration, data analysis or analytics will be an advantage.
