What you will be working on
You will be require to:
a) Review the list of records to ensure the retention schedule and disposition action is correctly tagged
b) Prepare and conduct rework on the records to ensure they can be scanned as loose sheets
c) Pack documents into boxes for disposal/ digitise and maintain an accurate inventory list
d) Handle disposal processess (e.g. seggregation of records,
listing and witnessing the disposal process)
e) Perform quality checks of digitised records and coordinate
with vendor for the reworks
f) Assist to handle the drawings/recordings of the department and prepare them for archival.
What we are looking for
- Experienced in managing data/ information in spreadsheets
- Meticulous
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, Word.
- Lifting and moving of boxes are required
