Manager / Assistant Manager (Industry Development)

You have the exciting opportunity to curate, market, lease and add value to JTC’s diverse commercial and amenities portfolio, ranging from offices, eating houses (industrial canteens) and amenity centres to restaurants, retail shops, petrol stations and dormitories. These properties serve as critical amenities to support companies and workers, and create vibrancy at our industrial estates.

You will be part of the team that: • Curates retail/F&B mix and market vacant properties • Completes tenancy/lease renewals and other client transactions on time and achieve client satisfaction • Plans and executes asset enhancement initiative of our commercial properties • Develops and implements strategy to introduce more good food into JTC industrial estates • Fosters win-win partnerships with tenants/lessees • Manages marketing agent contract – both commercial and industrial – on behalf of JTC • Conducts research to understand the office/retail/F&B/dormitory market and our tenant/lessees’ needs • Reviews tenancy/lease management and pricing policies for commercial and dormitory properties • Discharges other work areas where JTC may cross-deploy you for

• Driven, resilient and adaptable personality • Problem-solver and multi-tasker, with the aptitude to navigate the multi-faceted nature of the work • Proficient in delivering day-to-day operational outcomes and adept at driving strategic projects • Strong written/verbal communications and inter-personal skills to engage internal stakeholders and external customers • Relevant background in real estate, business, marketing, economics or other relevant disciplines • Preferably with at least 2 years of relevant working experience; fresh graduates with strong interest in office/retail/F&B/dormitory are welcome too.
