What the role is
What you will be working on
Employee Engagement & Staff Events: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of staff engagement events including Family Day, Dinner & Dance, wellness programme, award ceremony, etc.
Administrative Support and Logistical Arrangement: Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and smooth delivery. Support in the creation of events collaterals and feedback form. Handle procurement matters and ensuring compliance with company procurement policy.
Content Creation: Develop creative and persuasive content for various channels, including print collaterals, articles, videos, and/or infographics.
Employer Brand Communication: Assist in the development and implementation of internal and external communication strategies to promote our employer brand. Contribute to the planning and execution of events, webinars, and other initiatives aimed at building relationships with prospective candidates, universities, and professional organisations.
What we are looking for
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content.
Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Knowledge of employer branding trends and strategies is an added advantage.

The GRaduate Industry Traineeship Programme within the Public Service (GRIT@Gov) aims to provide fresh graduates with opportunities to gain industry-relevant skills and experience that can strengthen their employability to take up full time roles in the sector.
All trainees must fulfil the following criteria:
- Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident; and
- Graduated or graduating in 2024, 2025 or 2026 from Universities, Polytechnics, the Institute of Technical Education (ITE) and other Educational Institutions (e.g. private universities and overseas institutions); or
- Graduated earlier from above institutions and completed National Service in 2024, 2025 or 2026.
- Applicants must have no prior working experience and must be prepared to commit to a full-time traineeship.
Trainees who complete their studies from Universities, Polytechnics, the Institute of Technical Education (ITE) or other Educational Institutions within 2026 but who will only receive their qualification/certification award in 2027 are eligible for the programme as well.
