What you will be working on
- Ensure readiness of medical systems and equipment across the medical services
- Maintain full visibility of critical medical systems' availability and equipment serviceability status for high logistics readiness
- Provide regular updates on the procurement of medical equipment and oversee related fund utilisation
- Oversee all centrally managed maintenance and service contracts for medical equipment
- Manage contracts for maintenance and services including activating transactions, contract renewals and amalgamation where applicable
- Ensure Operations and support programmes of medical systems and equipment are carried out to attain high equipment serviceability levels
- Monitor and analyse equipment performance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
Challenge(s)
- Maintaining comprehensive oversight of diverse medical systems and equipment across multiple locations
- Ensuring optimal serviceability levels and cost-effective contract management
What we are looking for
- Experience or understanding of logistics and contract management in managing maintenance for equipment in public institutions, statutory boards or private companies is advantageous
- Knowledge in data analytics and systems thinking approaches
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
