What you will be working on
- Establish and operationalise training requirements and roadmaps for SAFC4DC to ensure personnel are sufficiently trained to execute their tasks
- Develop, execute and review SAF-level C4 courses to ensure syllabi are up-to-date and relevant for optimal training outcomes
- Manage C4 training resources and budget, as well as training billets allocation across SAFC4DC
- Coordinate with various stakeholders to facilitate and contextualise learning for trainees
Challenge(s)
- Having an in-depth understanding on the requirements to acquire professional competency in SAFC4DC
- Recognising the training needs in SAFC4DC to develop robust training frameworks and to recommend relevant training in consultation with respective C4 Subject Matter Experts (SME)
What we are looking for
- Education in Management or related fields
- At least 6 years of work experience in training and/or human resources roles is preferred
- Prior experience in managing, facilitating and contextualising learning for trainees, and coordination with various stakeholders is advantageous
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong written and verbal communication with effective interpersonal skills
- Strong presentation and engagement skill
- Exceptional attention to detail
