What you will be working on
- Manage manpower planning and development of learners throughout their Work-Learn Scheme (WLS) duration, from recruitment to release during Full-time NS and Regular Phase
- Manage posting plans and deployment of NSFs in RSN to maximise their effective deployment period
- Oversee development of NSFs during their 2-year full-time NS in RSN to ensure they are vocationally qualified for their assigned roles
Challenge(s)
- Handling large volumes of deployment data and ensure accurate and timely updates in e-HR systems
- Maintaining comprehensive deployment records and databases
- Coordinating complex tasks requiring interaction with multiple agencies and units
What we are looking for
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in Human Resources
- Independent worker with good communication skills to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Meticulous with ability to compile and process large volumes of deployment-related information
- Ability to work under stress and tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy
- Familiarity with HR Systems Applications and Products (SAP) platform is preferred
