You are responsible for planning the production of media content and leading the media production team in the creation of collaterals for the Digital and Intelligence Service (DIS) for both public and internal communication. This includes ensuring that the production team is trained with the necessary skillsets and directing the entire media production process from ideation of content to production and post-production. You will also have to manage the timeline of the production and if necessary, liaise with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

What you will be working on
- Implement, review, and update a comprehensive digital media calendar
- Develop, coordinate and execute the DIS public and internal communications campaigns and plans
- Develop media collaterals such as films, images, and infographics for use in campaigns, and to release them through the relevant media channels
- Monitor online sentiments on DIS digital media platforms or any other platforms as appropriate
- Manage engagement on the DIS digital media platforms and respond to comments on the DIS digital media platforms where necessary
Challenge(s)
- Working in a fast-paced environment and being capable of developing quality media collaterals to meet the short media cycle
- Being able to multi-task competently and manage multiple concurrent content projects
- Being creative in portraying DIS with interesting angles and visuals that effectively communicate the organisation's mission and activities
What we are looking for
- Education in Communications, Social/Digital Media Design Planning and Management is preferred
- Experience designing digital media campaigns, managing digital media platforms and/or content creation is preferred
- Keen appreciation of the evolving digital/ social media trends
