The Digital Solution Engineer plays a key role in supporting ITE’s digitalisation initiatives by designing, developing, implementing, and supporting digital applications and automated solutions. The role is involved throughout the full software development life cycle, ensuring that systems are secure, reliable, and aligned with business requirements.

What you will be working on
You will be expected to:
- Develop, configure, test, and support digital applications across the system life cycle.
- Implement solutions using both traditional development and low‑code platforms.
- Support automation initiatives, including workflow automation and robotic process automation (RPA).
- Analyse and resolve technical issues during development, testing, and production support.
- Ensure system quality, security, and performance standards are met.
- Prepare and maintain basic technical and process documentation.
- Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into system solutions.
- Support project activities and other tasks related to digitalisation initiatives as assigned.
What we are looking for
- Possess suitable credentials in Information Technology or equivalent qualifications.
- Experience in the analysis, design, implementation, and support of medium to large‑scale, complex applications.
- Working knowledge of two or more of the following technology domains:
- Programming Languages: Python, Java, C#, PHP, JavaScript
- Databases & Integration: SSIS, Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL
- Web & Cloud Platforms: ASP.NET, Microsoft Azure (Azure App Service, Azure Functions), or other enterprise cloud platform
- Low‑Code Platforms: Power Apps, OutSystems
- RPA Tools: Power Automate, UiPath, Automation Anywhere
- Experience in DevOps practices and Agile software development methodologies is an advantage.
- Experience in implementing Power BI and other visualisation tools is an advantage
- Able to communicate effectively to stakeholders, gather customer requirements and translating them into functional specifications
- Able to collaborate effectively across functions, working with business and technical teams to deliver user‑centred digital solutions.
- Demonstrate initiative and ownership in delivering quality solutions.
