What the role is

Undertake in-depth research and analysis work on public opinion trends in Singapore, to inform government policy and improve government communications on key socio-economic issues such as employment, cost of living, retirement adequacy and broader concerns affecting citizens and businesses.

What you will be working on

Develop partnerships with key agencies, identify policy and communications gaps, and design evidence-based, data-driven research approaches to inform relevant stakeholders on suitable interventions.

What we are looking for

• Good degree from a recognised university in Political Science, Social Sciences, Economics, Statistics and other related disciplines • Knowledge and understanding of fundamental statistics and research methods • Knowledge of SPSS will be advantageous. Familiarity with programming software (e.g. Python or R) and data visualisation is a bonus. • Strong observational and analytical capabilities • Able to exercise initiative and work independently • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Interest in communications and public policy issues We regret to inform that only shortlisted candidates would be notified.
