As a Manager/ Senior Manager, School Administration Services (SAS) in the Infrastructure and Facility Services Division, you will be part of a dynamic team that oversees the school canteen management and school bus services.

What you will be working on
• Formulate, review and implement guidelines and procedures for school canteen management and school bus services
• Collect and analyse data from schools (e.g. through surveys) to review service quality, pricing and operational effectiveness of canteen and bus services
• Maintain and administer SAS Isomer Central Site (SICS) for school canteen advertisement and school bus services
• Ensure quality service delivery through building and maintaining partnerships with various stakeholders (e.g. schools, vendors and bus associations), conducting regular site visits and check-ins, as well as coordinating with schools to identify and resolve operational issues (e.g. central kitchen meal model implementation)
• Handle public enquiries, feedback and parliamentary questions
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management, review implementation outcomes and identify improvements for future initiatives
What we are looking for
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience in operations and/ or programme administration
• Ability to collect and analyse data, and work with external stakeholders to improve service delivery
• Strong collaborative, communication, writing and interpersonal skills
• Experience in educational institution(s) would be an advantage
