What the role is

As part of the water safety and sampling team within the Quality Assurance Inspectorate division, you will play a vital role in safeguarding water quality from source to tap.

What you will be working on

You will be involved in: - Conducting daily water quality sampling and monitoring of water treatment plants and distribution network systems - Reviewing collected data to detect and resolve anomalies, and to optimise PUB’s comprehensive water quality monitoring programme - Evaluating and implementing technologies and automation to enhance water sampling and monitoring capabilities - Engaging with experts and conducting reviews to keep up to date with international guidelines and best practices

What we are looking for

- Degree in Science or Engineering - Good verbal and written communications skills - Able to work well in a team - Class 3 or 3A driving licence preferred - Experience with sensor technologies or robotics will be an advantage
