What you will be working on
Data & Analytics
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable Python code, with thorough testing and debugging to ensure quality and reliability
• Implement data quality checks and validation processes to ensure data accuracy and consistency
• Develop customised data products (e.g. dashboards, reports) to surface insights that inform leadership development
Administration of 360 Feedback Exercises and Workshops
• Assist and support processes checks and UAT testing to ensure proper and efficient administration of 360 feedback exercises for Leaders within Public Service
• Support the preparation of workshops and agency interventions enabling diagnosis leadership health and priorities
Research & Insights
• Conduct research on leadership development practices through literature reviews and horizon scans, distilling findings into insights that inform leadership development planning for Public Service
What we are looking for
Competencies Required
1. Good interpersonal, collaborative, organisational and communication skills
2. Ability to manage multiple work pieces and work well in a dynamic environment
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and IT systems
