What you will be working on
- Align and integrate medical support operations with other airbase operations
- Conduct timely reviews of medical doctrines and plans to ensure they remain relevant and updated for the full spectrum of airbase operations
- Develop and implement standardised processes and operating procedures across medical flights
- Support the planning and development of airbase medical capabilities
- Establish operational and professional healthcare standards across all medical operations
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure effective integration of medical operations
Challenge(s)
- Serving as the domain expert for medical operations while maintaining competency as a nursing officer
- Developing expertise in operational level wartime medical operations doctrines across multiple airbases
What we are looking for
- Education in Nursing, Paramedicine or relevant biomedical fields
- At least 3 years of experience in clinical or educator roles in medical service provision is preferred
- Strong understanding of healthcare standards and operational procedures
- Good interpersonal communication and networking skills
- Ability to work effectively in a military operational environment
