Instructional Designer - AI-Enhanced [ITE Headquarters] – 2 Yr Contract

• Design, develop, and evaluate instructional materials and learning experiences that leverage AI technologies to personalise and enhance student engagement and outcomes.
• Lead and support the implementation of Agentic AI solutions, enabling adaptive, learner-driven educational environments.
• Collaborate with academic staff, technologists, and subject matter experts to integrate AI-driven strategies into curriculum design and delivery.
• Conduct needs analyses and evaluates the effectiveness of AI-enhanced teaching approaches, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Deliver training and workshops to faculty and staff on best practices in AI for education and agentic learning innovations.

• Suitable credentials in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Learning Sciences, or a related field.
• Experience in higher education or lifelong learning environments.

• Proven experience in instructional design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating the integration of AI into teaching and learning initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with Agentic AI tools, platforms, or frameworks within educational settings.
• In-depth understanding of current trends and innovations in AI for education, including ethical considerations and data privacy.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
• Track record of published work or presentations on AI in education or T&L innovation.
• Familiarity with data analytics, adaptive learning systems, and emerging agentic AI technologies.
