What you will be working on
- Support administrative matters related to Continuing Education & Training (CET) courses, including but not limited to contacting learners, attending to guest speakers, attendance, learner feedback.
- Support projects-related work and/or events, including but not limited to maintaining and updating list of industry partners, setting up/manning on-campus & off-campus exhibitions and fairs, etc.
- Support School-based and Poly-wide events, including outreach efforts, e.g. Open House, social media content creation, etc.
- Assist with test and exam invigilation.
What we are looking for
- Diploma in any related field.
- Preferably 1-3 years of relevant experience in an administrative role or education related role.
- Strong people skills.
- Service-oriented mindset in supporting academic and operational stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple operational tasks concurrently with minimal supervision.
- Good teamwork.
- Adaptable, versatile, able to work on different scope and under different supervisor for different assigned tasks or projects.
- Adept with social media.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
