We are looking for a versatile HR professional to join our team and contribute across a broad spectrum of HR functions for an organisation of 90.
Depending on your experience, strengths and organisational needs, the successful candidate may be deployed to one of the following portfolios:

What you will be working on
Key Responsibilities
Portfolio A: HR Operations, Payroll Administration, Workday System Management and Records Management
HR Operations & Benefits
• Support employees through the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, transfers, deployments, promotions and offboarding.
• Administer employee benefits programmes including medical, dental, insurance, wellness and flexible benefits schemes etc.
• Manage claims processes and leave administration and HR processes in partnership with business units and drive process improvement initiatives leveraging AI/ technology.
• Manage organizational changes.
Workday System Management
• Serve as the key administrator and the lead for Workday, managing employee lifecycle transactions in Workday, covering HR, expenses, workflows and related modules.
• Ensure system data accuracy, integrity and timely updates of employee records.
• Troubleshoot system issues, coordinate with vendors and recommend enhancements.
• Prepare reports, analytics and documentation for management reporting and audits
Payroll Administration
• Lead end-to-end monthly payroll operations using Workday, ensuring accurate disbursements and compliance with statutory requirements.
• Manage payroll matters including allowances, claims, leave encashment, final payments and statutory deductions.
• Prepare, monitor and manage payroll budgets, manpower costs projections and related financial reconciliations.
Records Management
• Oversee and implement the organisation’s records management framework, policies and retention schedules.
• Manage proper filing, classification, storage, archival and disposal of physical and electronic records in accordance with regulatory and organizational requirements.
• Maintain the Knowledge Management System and support audits and compliance needs.
Portfolio B: Talent Development, Performance & Rewards, Learning & Development
Talent Development
• Develop and implement talent management and leadership development frameworks, drive succession planning, talent reviews and career development and internal mobility programmes.
• Partner business units to identify capability gaps and workforce development priorities.
Performance Management
• Review and enhance performance management frameworks and processes, partner managers on goal setting, performance reviews, calibration and development planning.
• Administer and manage the end-to-end performance appraisal process on Workday, including workflow management and ensuring prompt completion of appraisal cycles.
Service Scheme Reviews
• Lead reviews of service schemes, job families and career pathways and evaluate job roles and progression frameworks in alignment with organisational needs.
Compensation & Rewards
• Support the design and review of compensation structures and total rewards, conducting analysis to support salary reviews and bonus exercises.
Learning & Development
• Develop and implement learning frameworks and annual training plans and identify skills/competencies gaps.
• Curate and procure training programmes, workshops and leadership development initiatives.
• Manage learning budgets, training vendors and evaluate learning effectiveness.
What we are looking for
Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience across two or more of the following areas: HR operations, HR systems, talent management, performance management, compensation and total rewards or learning & development.
• Relevant qualification in Human Resource Management or related discipline
• Experience in Workday is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of Singapore employment legislation, HR practices and governance requirements
• Good analytical, problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills
• Meticulous, resourceful and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
