What you will be working on
• Develop and implement comprehensive content strategies aligned with the Ministry's communication objectives through leveraging data-driven insights and emerging digital trends
• Lead multimedia campaigns and productions by managing cross-functional project teams and multiple stakeholders, including external partners and Ministry divisions
• Oversee project portfolios, including resource allocation, risk management, and quality assurance across multiple concurrent productions
• Enhance content quality and operational efficiency by driving innovation in digital storytelling approaches, upholding technical standards and improving production workflows
• Provide strategic counsel on digital content opportunities and technical solutions to management, translating complex policy messages into engaging multimedia formats
Applicants are required to submit a portfolio demonstrating strategic project management capabilities and technical leadership in digital content initiatives.
What we are looking for
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in digital content strategy and multimedia production management, with demonstrated ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams
• Proven track record in conceptualising and executing digital campaigns that engage diverse audiences
• Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience using digital tools and platforms, and the adaptability to embrace emerging technologies for content creation
• Deep understanding of audiences’ consumption behaviours across platforms, with the ability to tailor messaging and formats for maximum impact
• Experience in stakeholder management at senior levels and vendor relationship management
• Prior experience in writing and visual storytelling would be an advantage
