This role is for a high-potential builder who wants to transition from being a process follower to a strategic thinker bridging the gap between broad mandates and operational reality. You will be coached directly by the HOD on the nuances of Board-level narratives and Enterprise Risk Management. You will have direct exposure to Senior Management and the Board, including the opportunity to support Board-level deliberations.
Meaningful contribution in this function requires time to understand the downstream impact and implications of strategic and risk decisions. This role involves a structured annual cycle of planning and risk reviews. The successful candidate is one who finds professional satisfaction in iterative improvement – refining and enhancing core frameworks annually to meet an evolving environment.
