What the role is

The Singapore Global Network (SGN) is a division under the Economic Development Board (EDB) and focuses on building a strong ecosystem of overseas family, friends and fans of Singapore. This includes growing a network of individuals whose skills, affinity and influence could strengthen Singapore’s business and talent ecosystem, along with enhancing international mindshare of Singapore as a vibrant global hub in Asia.

The Design, Capacity and Culture team is responsible for people-centred experience and service design, workplace experience, funding programme operations and back-office functions.

What you will be working on

You will be part of the DCC team, supporting functions that include but not limited to:

Assist with staff engagement and culture building initiatives, internal communications, change management and organisational development matters

Review and assess funding applications according to established criteria and guidelines
Provide support for other back-office functions where required such as procurement, event administration, secretariat support for meetings and data entry/processing

What we are looking for

At least a diploma in any discipline with one to three years of working experience.
Must be comfortable working with/learning how to use digital tools such as Salesforce and event management platforms.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Good organisational and project management skills, able to manage multiple projects concurrently.
Singaporean.
