Sr / Engineer, Infrastructures and Facilities Renewal & Development, CWD

As an Engineer in the Catchment and Waterways Department’s Infrastructure, Facilities & Activities Management Unit under the Reservoir Management Division, you will be part of a team responsible for the upkeep, renewal, and enhancement of Active, Beautiful, Clean (ABC) Waters facilities across Singapore.

• Manage contracts and projects, including planning, execution, and delivery • Prepare and seek approval for project funding proposals • Oversee professional engineering services and construction works to ensure timely and quality completion • Maintain and manage assets, including inventory control of ABC facilities • Administer tenancy matters and oversee car park operations • Provide asset management inputs and updates to internal and external stakeholders • Prepare budget proposals, monitor expenditure, and develop reports and presentations for management • Facilitate the handover and asset registration of newly completed ABC facilities • Manage and respond to public feedback in a timely and effective manner This role requires the officer to remain contactable after office hours and be activated to attend site when required.

• Degree in Civil, Structural, or Environmental Engineering (or equivalent) • Preferably 2–3 years of relevant experience in project management • Independent, results-driven team player with strong communication and project management skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office and commonly used project management tools
