What the role is

You are responsible for managing and administering National Servicemen (NSmen) affairs, including coordinating In-Camp Training (ICT) call-ups, processing payments and deferment applications, and overseeing physical fitness and medical matters.

What you will be working on

- Manage and coordinate the call-up of NSmen for In-Camp Training (ICT), ensuring timely and accurate administration - Process payments and deferment applications - Manage Individual Physical Proficiency Test (IPPT) medical and fitness-related matters for NSmen - Administer the National Service Excellence Award and coordinate Post-ICT Surveys - Work with unit NS Managers and Points of Contact (POC) to engage NSmen and resolve queries and issues relating to NS affairs Challenge(s) - Staying current with evolving NS management policies and processes to provide effective and accurate services to diverse stakeholders - Managing conflict resolution and stakeholder engagement while maintaining high service delivery standards

What we are looking for

- Education in Human Resource, Business Administration, Public Administration or a related field is preferred - Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse groups and resolve conflicts diplomatically - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage relationships with personnel of varying seniority levels - Strong organisational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple activities and manage competing priorities (Applicants with no experience may apply.)
