You play a pivotal role in executing the full spectrum of talent management functions for an assigned Service Group or Directorate. You are responsible for the complete talent lifecycle and strengthening the leadership pipeline by identifying and developing talents through structured programmes and strategic initiatives.

What you will be working on
- Identify and assess talents within the assigned Service Group or Directorate
- Support succession planning discussions and the development of the leadership pipeline
- Coordinate and execute structured talent development programmes and strategic initiatives to attract, develop and retain talents
- Conduct data analysis and generate insights to inform strategic decision-making and succession planning
- Engage talents and senior management to align individual career aspirations with organisational needs and requirements
- Maintain and update talent management databases and systems, driving process improvement and automation where possible
Challenge(s)
- Managing expectations across diverse stakeholders, particularly when balancing individual talent aspirations with organisational requirements and succession planning needs
- Navigating modern information technologies to drive process improvement and automation
What we are looking for
- Education in Human Resource, Business Administration or a related field is preferred
- At least 2 years of work experience in Human Resource Management
- Strong coordination, communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently and multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Meticulous and strong attention to detail
