What you will be working on

You will be part of a dynamic HR team that looks into the area of conduct and discipline, and will be given opportunities to be involved in the following key work areas: • Building a strong culture of vigilance and self-discipline within the organisation to promote a positive workplace. • Building capabilities within organisation to help officers navigate workplace conduct and handle issues effectively, objectively and fairly. • Review and implementation of conduct policies and processes to ensure they remain relevant to the changing environment and workforce. • Management of annual exercises e.g. Declaration. • Investigation and case management on alleged misconduct or breaches. As part of the HR team, you will also take on various HR projects to help the Ministry to identify, develop and reward officers’ contributions and performance.

What we are looking for

• Tertiary Qualifications and IHRP certification is a plus • 1- 3 years of relevant work experience • An understanding of the workings and work processes of the Civil and Public Service, is advantageous. • Proficient in Excel, and comfortable with managing IT systems. • Other key attributes: i. Strong interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills ii. Meticulous with an eye for detail iii. Highly logical with strong analytical skills iv. Team player, able to work well with internal and external stakeholders
