As part of the Regulatory Transformation Division (RTD), you will lead industry engagement efforts and build organisational capabilities for the Health Information Act (HIA), including developing stakeholder communications and engagement initiatives to strengthen regulatory capability. You will also support the design and implementation of digital health regulatory requirements, helping healthcare providers strengthen their cybersecurity and data security readiness.
You will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment that would require the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders at the same time.

What you will be working on
You will be involved in the following key work areas:
• Develop guidelines, advisories and other tools to support healthcare organisation’s compliance to the HIA requirements;
• Develop and implement industry engagement efforts to understand healthcare organisations ability to comply with HIA requirements;
• Engage stakeholders and healthcare organisations to raise awareness of HIA regulatory requirements as well as support the development of collaterals, infographics and EDMs to simplify regulatory messaging.
What we are looking for
• Tertiary education, preferably in healthcare related disciplines
• Prior working experience in healthcare setting is preferred
• Prior experience in cybersecurity, data governance, National Electronic Health Record (NEHR), and/or incident management and response would be useful
• Stakeholder management in partnerships / account management would be useful
• Good analytical, written and communications skills
• Good people management, leadership and engagement skills
• Ability to work under pressure and minimal supervision.
• Ability to work independently and in a Team
• Possess high standards of professionalism, personal discipline and integrity.
• Ability to meet timelines and produce high quality work within the stipulated timelines
• Training will be provided to candidates who have a strong interest in the above job functions, but do not possess the relevant training and skills.
