The Senior Executive / Manager, Digital Solutions will serve as the primary content and editorial lead for MUIS's digital services, responsible for all aspects of content strategy, editorial planning, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and audience engagement to ensure effective digital outreach. While maintaining day-to-day content operations and marketing activities, the role will also provide essential support to strategic digital redevelopment initiatives and assist with corporate website management.

What you will be working on
Lead content strategy, editorial planning, and article creation to ensure high-quality content delivery
Optimise copywriting across app interfaces, web pages, and digital touchpoints to ensure consistent messaging, user experience, and compliance with digital standards
Manage the writer pool and coordinate content production workflows
Conduct SEO research and analyse content performance metrics to optimise reach and engagement
Design and execute email marketing campaigns and content promotion strategies
Oversee platform administration, content publishing, and performance monitoring
Support strategic digital redevelopment initiatives and content migration planning
Support business requirements gathering and coordinate with technical teams on product specifications
Assist with corporate website content management
Coordinate with technical teams and stakeholders on platform improvements and project requirements
What we are looking for
Tertiary education in any relevant field is required for this position
Have experience in digital content management or editorial coordination
Demonstrate editorial expertise in content curation and strategy development from planning to publication
Possess strong analytical skills for data interpretation and performance-driven decision making
Understand SEO principles and search optimisation techniques
Show excellent written and verbal communication skills
Be a team player and able to work under tight timelines
Demonstrate ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage cross-functional project requirements
Successful candidate will be appointed on contract basis.
