What you will be working on
- Administer scholarship and awards programmes and financial assistance schemes.
- Handle the scholarship process from shortlisting candidates, organising interviews, recording interview notes, seeking awards approval and disbursing funds.
- Assist in organising scholarship ceremony and Open House event.
- Support the processing of students’ applications relating to various financial assistance schemes.
- Address enquiries and offer advisory support relating to scholarship programmes and financial assistance schemes.
- Support digitalisation initiatives to achieve the strategic goals.
- Assist with ad-hoc projects as assigned.
What we are looking for
- Some work experience in similar or related area is preferred.
- Proactive, strong administrative and coordination skills with attention to details.
- Good interpersonal, communications (oral & written) skills with the ability to work well in a team.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, adept at problem-solving and analysis
- Strong IT literacy and versatile in spreadsheet tools.
