What the role is

You will be part of a team that provides integrated employee essential services and MINDEF corporate services across various MINDEF offices.

What you will be working on

- Manage and deliver quality Information Technology (IT) support services for MINDEF departments - Handle demands and requests from various sources - Enhance and improve IT support services - Implement innovative and digital solutions to improve service delivery Challenge(s) - Balancing customer demands with organisational requirements - Continuously improving service delivery

What we are looking for

- Education in IT or any related field - At least 3 years of work experience in an IT or service-related area - Experience in project management - Service-oriented mindset and highly customer-oriented - Keen interest in innovation and digitalisation - Good interpersonal and communication skills - Strong organisational and management skills (Applicants with no experience may apply.)
