What you will be working on
As an Estate Manager (EM) in the Sales Department's Planning Section, you will drive operational excellence and enhance service delivery through data-driven insights and strategic planning. Your role involves:
• Developing and maintaining comprehensive dashboards to monitor service standards and derive business intelligence;
• Managing data analytics and responding to stakeholder data requests with accurate, timely insights;
• Analysing housing trends to support evidence-based planning and service improvements;
• Creating dashboards and presenting complex data in accessible formats for various stakeholders;
• Preparing strategic recommendations and updates for Management through reports and presentations;
• Contributing to policy reviews and public communications through research and analysis;
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen data transparency, reporting accuracy, and operational accountability;
• Supporting stakeholder engagement and public education initiatives.
During your employment, you may also be rotated to take on the role of a Customer Relations Manager (CRM), to deliver quality services to applicants and residents of HDB flats. You will be involved in administration and processing of sales applications, from registration of the application to issuing of keys, assess and respond to appeals from customers who deviate from the eligibility conditions to buy an HDB flat, and draft case reports/ submissions for management’s consideration for deserving cases. Your duties will include day-to-day liaison with appellants/flat applicants, solicitors and relevant agencies on requests for housing assistance. You will also perform the role of Duty Manager at the counters and attend to cases/issues escalated by our Customer Relations Executives. In addition, you will process Enhanced CPF Housing Grant applications from flat buyers.
What we are looking for
• Good background in Estate Management, Statistics, Communications or Social Sciences
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and visualisation tools. Experience with programming languages (e.g. Python) or analytics platforms (e.g. SAS Viya, Tableau, Power BI) is advantageous
• A few years of managerial experience
• Strong personal integrity, responsible, and organised
• Proactive and curious individual with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills
• Versatile and resourceful
• Able to work independently and as a team
• A customer-service mindset and the ability to establish rapport with people at all levels
Successful candidates will be offered a 1+1 year contract.
