Manager (Finance) - Selarang

You oversee, plan, and manage the operational budget and allocation of funds for the Training Institute. In this role, you will ensure effective governance and management of contracts while maintaining compliance with finance guidelines and managing relationships with finance institutions, auditors and stakeholders.

- Manage operational budget through Multi-Year Budget Planning (MYBP), Annual Budget Planning (ABP) and Quarterly Budget Review (QBR) - Provide advisory support to the Training Institute on finance-related issues and matters - Conduct regular internal audits on the Training Institute's Procurement System transactions to ensure compliance with financial rules and regulations - Facilitate the establishment and renewal of contracts while ensuring proper governance and policy compliance - Monitor contract performance and utilisation to optimise value and effectiveness - Serve as account administrator for managing Procurement System access rights for the Training Institute Challenge(s) - Working beyond regular hours when necessary, particularly during financial closures and audit periods

- Education in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field - Prior experience in finance matters and budget management is advantageous - Strong attention to detail - Good analytical and data analysis skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Willingness and readiness to learn with a positive mindset (Applicants with no experience may apply.)
