What you will be working on
- Manage operational budget through Multi-Year Budget Planning (MYBP), Annual Budget Planning (ABP) and Quarterly Budget Review (QBR)
- Provide advisory support to the Training Institute on finance-related issues and matters
- Conduct regular internal audits on the Training Institute's Procurement System transactions to ensure compliance with financial rules and regulations
- Facilitate the establishment and renewal of contracts while ensuring proper governance and policy compliance
- Monitor contract performance and utilisation to optimise value and effectiveness
- Serve as account administrator for managing Procurement System access rights for the Training Institute
Challenge(s)
- Working beyond regular hours when necessary, particularly during financial closures and audit periods
What we are looking for
- Education in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field
- Prior experience in finance matters and budget management is advantageous
- Strong attention to detail
- Good analytical and data analysis skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness and readiness to learn with a positive mindset
