You will join the Financial Systems and Services (Statutory Boards) Directorate, which drives the strategic development of Future Finance by managing the consolidation and implementation of Statutory Boards’ finance and payroll systems onto Cumulus, a central cloud-based HR, finance and payroll system currently used by 43 Statutory Boards.

What you will be working on
Key responsibilities:
• Support Assets and Projects modules in central administration operations and system improvements.
• Build functional competencies in system business process design and principles in compliance with policies, business and statutory requirements.
• Develop Ops-Tech competencies through hands-on opportunities to perform system configurations in the systems.
• Propose/ review/ execute tenant-wide or localized system changes, with the objective to achieve harmonization with the global design.
• Liaise with system integrators and product managers/ consultants to resolve product-related issues, assess product limitations and workarounds, roadmap planning and partake in AI/ innovation testing.
• Support new feature releases through cost-benefit analysis, change impact assessment, UAT, change management and deployment.
• Facilitate user engagement forums to gather feedback on user experience to identify focus areas for system enhancements.
• Evolve the communication framework, build a vibrant user community, and foster a collaborative spirit between users to share system usage expertise and experiences.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and streamline.
• Drive co-ownership of issues and solutioning through internal partnership with stakeholders across Whole of Government.
What we are looking for
Functional/Technical Competencies
• Tertiary education in Accountancy, Business, Finance, IT, Systems or related disciplines
• CA Singapore certification is preferred
• Keen interest in Ops-Tech roles and system design principles
• Experience with Workday will be advantageous
• Understanding of Finance processes and related system as well as system implementation will be advantageous
• Able to proactively develop and manage collaborations with key stakeholders
• Ability to put forth proposals and recommendations for management decision-making;

• Time management skills to multi-task and prioritize key deliverables
• Meticulous and a good team player who can also work well independently
