What you will be working on
- Assists Deputy General Manager, Assistant Director, Senior Manager in formulating, implementing and reviewing plans for the development of CDC to achieve community goals.
- Provides administrative/logistical support and guidance to the Council and project joint partners to facilitate effective implementation of their activities.
- To develop and execute district level CDC projects and cross-segment programmes among CDC’s community partners such as Grassroots Organisations, Voluntary Welfare Organisations (VWOs), schools, government bodies and non-government organisations.
- Works closely with the Grassroots Leaders and Council Members to monitor and coordinate CDC initiated and CDC-funded programmes/projects.
- To engage in research, needs assessments and gather data to build institutional knowledge to enhance effectiveness of our community projects.
- To coordinate and submit progress reports on the Council Committees, provide feedback, recommend changes and improvements to Council, sharing of results and notes of discussion with Committee, and thereby facilitating communication and coordination between the Committee and the Council.
- Submits progress reports on the Council to PA Headquarters, thereby facilitating communication and coordination between the Council and PA.
- Provides administrative and logistical support to projects organised by PA Headquarters.
- Attends CDC, CCC and social services-related meetings/events to provide prompt and direct service to stakeholders
Provide accurate record of meetings in minutes
