The officer supports the implementation of building infrastructure projects by assisting in the coordination of design, procurement, and construction activities in line with approved scope, budget and timelines. The role monitors contractor and consultant performance, tracks risks and project controls, makes administrative submissions, prepares reports and documentation to support the development, commissioning and handover processes of a Building & Infrastructure (B&I) project so as to ensure the smooth conduct and transition to operations.

What you will be working on
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement project plans, budgets and funding for new and Addition & Alteration (A&A) facilities
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of projects from Invitation to Quotes (ITQs)/Tenders award to project close-out and defect management, ensuring timely, within-budget and quality outcomes.
• Track project expenditures, identify trends and provide insights for cost optimization and future planning, ensuring effective resource allocation.
• Foster strong relationships with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contracts and building occupants to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
• Assist in preparing project, expenditure and resource reports for Management and maintain accurate up-to-date project records, including drawings, specifications and other relevant documents.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution, issues resolution and provide project updates.
What we are looking for
• Diploma in Engineering (Civil & Structural, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering and Facility Management) or equivalent will be preferred
• Minimum 3 years’ experience working in estate management and/or construction industry with experience in projects will be preferred
• Ability to think creatively and develop innovation solutions.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of constraints and challenges associated with carrying out construction or A&A works in a live building
• Experience in quality, contract and programme management for B&I related projects will be preferred
• Experience working with contractors, suppliers and vendors will be preferred
• Familiar with building and Mechanical & Engineering (M&E) systems will be preferred
• Familiar with work site safety and risk management processes will be preferred
• Familiar with government procurement will be preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
