As a member of the Strategic Planning and Policy team, you will play a key role in shaping Singapore’s national plans to build the country as a global hub for intangible assets (IA) and intellectual property (IP). You will contribute directly to the development and implementation of IP-related policies and initiatives that support creators, innovators, and enterprises in unlocking the value of their IA and IP for business growth. In this role, you will also collaborate with local and international stakeholders – including government agencies, IP practitioners, innovators and enterprises – to build a vibrant IA/IP ecosystem.

What you will be working on
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support implementation of the Singapore IP Strategy 2030 Contribute to whole-of-government efforts to build Singapore’s innovation and IP ecosystem, including participating in cross-agency workstreams.
2. Stakeholder engagement and ecosystem development Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to drive initiatives that help enterprises leverage IA/IP for growth and market expansion.
3. Project and event management Plan and execute projects and events to drive awareness of market enablers (e.g., IA disclosure, valuation, finance and commercialisation) and adoption of related tools.
4. Policy formation and reviews Support policy formulation and reviews through data analysis, industry consultations and horizon scanning.
What we are looking for

• Interest in innovation, IP and public policy.
• Strong analytical, communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively across teams and agencies.
• Knowledge of financial markets and instruments.
• Experience in finance-related roles (e.g., banking and investment, taxation and financial technology) would be advantageous.
