What the role is

The Industry Development Division 2 (IDD2) is part of the Training Partners Group in SSG which aims to build a robust and high quality Continuing Education and Training (CET) ecosystem through strategic partnerships and management of CET providers, and engagement of enterprises in skills development. Specifically, IDD2 is responsible for:

What you will be working on

The candidate will perform the following key tasks and any other tasks as assigned by his/her supervisor(s): Account Management and Partner Engagement • Manages assigned partner accounts such as CET Centres, SkillsFuture QueenBee, Programme Partners • Coordinates routine liaison and follow‑ups with partners on programme implementation matters. • Supports partner engagement activities, including meeting arrangements and documentation. • Maintains trackers on partner deliverables, timelines, and follow‑up actions. Administrative and Operational Support • Supports the Account Managers on administrative and operational matters. • Coordinates internal and external communications related to programme operations. • Maintains administrative records, trackers, and supporting documentation. • Provides logistical and scheduling support for meetings and briefings. Course Processing Support (Selected Components) • Supports selected course processing activities through data collation and backend coordination. • Coordinates with internal stakeholders and partners to facilitate processing workflows. • Provides surge administrative support during peak processing periods Operational Continuity • Supports BAU continuity during extended staff absence arising from maternity leave. • Ensures timely and accurate administrative support during periods of heightened workload. • Applies process discipline to minimise operational risks and delays

What we are looking for

• Possess the required competencies to execute the job duties proficiently • Demonstrated 1 to 3 years’ experience in a data-centric operating environment and/or programme review • A resilient, resourceful, and adaptable team player with agile learning abilities, capable of thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic environment • Strong analytical and systematic problem-solving skills, including the ability to derive insights from data to address issues • Performance-driven, outcome-oriented, methodical, process-oriented and meticulous • Ability to effectively prioritise tasks and meet project deadlines • Proficient in collating, managing, analysing, and presenting data • Excellent writing, communication, and digital literacy skills • Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership of assigned responsibilities • Adaptable and open to learning, with a willingness to embrace new challenges and opportunities for growth Candidates are encouraged to create a Careers & Skills Passport (CSP) account and include the public CSP profile link in their application. About SkillsFuture Singapore

SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) is a statutory board under the Ministry of Education (MOE). It will drive and coordinate the implementation of the national SkillsFuture movement, promote a culture and holistic system of lifelong learning through the pursuit of skills mastery, and strengthen the ecosystem of quality education and training in Singapore. SSG will strengthen the adult training infrastructure by taking on all existing functions of the Committee for Private Education (CPE) and guide the Institute for Adult Learning (IAL) to enhance the capabilities and professionalism of adult educators. SSG will play a key role in the quality assurance for private education institutions and adult training centres. Together with educational institutions and training partners, SSG will ensure that students and working adults have access to high quality, industry-relevant training throughout life.
