As a Manager in the Pre-School Education Branch, Schools Division, you will be part of a passionate team committed to raising the quality of pre-school education in Singapore. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to support the planning, coordination, and implementation of key initiatives and projects to ensure that projects are well-executed, stakeholders are effectively engaged, and organisational priorities are achieved.

What you will be working on
• Support the planning and implementation of projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with organisational priorities, timelines, and intended outcomes
• Manage and coordinate with stakeholders (e.g. government agencies, partners, vendors) to facilitate collaboration and smooth execution of workstreams
• Manage project delivery, including tracking progress, managing risks and issues, and ensuring timely completion of deliverables and follow-up actions
• Develop materials (e.g. reports, presentations, briefings) and generate insights through data analysis to inform decision-making and continuous improvement
• Support cross-functional and sector-level initiatives, working across teams to advance organisational priorities and achieve desired outcomes
What we are looking for
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in stakeholder management, communications, project management, or a related field
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal), with experience coordinating and working collaboratively across internal and external teams
• Ability to exercise professionalism and sound judgement, with strong problem-solving skills to identify issues and implement practical solutions
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams effectively in a dynamic environment
