What you will be working on
Curriculum Development and Innovation
- Design and review training curriculum that aligns with organisational objectives and emerging industry trends.
- Integrate modern technology including AI and innovative methodologies into curricula to create engaging e-learning environments and enhance learner outcomes.
- Develop micro-learning and digital content to support internal capability development and upskilling initiatives.
- Design metrics and assessment tools to evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Research and develop engaging content, instructional materials, and learning activities.
- Ensure curricula meet regulatory standards and institutional policies.
Community Building and Content Creation
- Build professional communities through the CareersIgnite platform, driving engagement and facilitating peer-to-peer knowledge sharing.
- Develop community engagement strategies to foster connections among career development professionals.
- Research and curate digital content that supports community learning and professional development.
- Maintain organised digital repositories for easy access and regular updates.
Project Management
- Manage multiple end-to-end projects within scope, time, and budget constraints.
- Coordinate resource and stakeholders to effectively ensure successful delivery.
- Track project timelines, milestones and deliverables while proactively identifying and resolving challenges.
Training Delivery and Facilitation
- Facilitate interactive learning experiences across online, hybrid, and in-person formats using innovative teaching tools and technologies.
- Apply adult learning principles and adapt delivery style to diverse learning preferences and group dynamics.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through participant feedback and performance assessments while staying current with industry practices.
What we are looking for
Key Competencies
- Curriculum and content creation: Proven ability to design comprehensive training curricula and integrate technology and AI tools into content.
- Community engagement: Experience managing digital platforms and building online communities with strong networking capabilities.
- Project management: Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Training and facilitation: Deep understanding of adult learning principles
- with adaptability across delivery modes.
- Industry knowledge and research: Strong understanding of career development landscape and workforce trends with research capabilities.
- Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to engage across organisational levels and cross-functional teams.
- Critical thinking abilities: Strong problem-solving abilities to analyse industry practices and identify innovative solutions.
- Proactive and self-motivated: Initiative-taking abilities in fast-paced environments.
Essential Requirements
- Demonstrated success in designing and implementing effective learning programmes, with evidence of measurable learner outcomes and engagement.
- Proven track record in building and managing online communities or digital engagement initiatives.
- Adult learning expertise evidenced through formal qualifications (such as DACE/DDDLP, ACTA/ACLP) or equivalent demonstrated competency in facilitating adult learning programmes.
- Ability to design comprehensive training curricula that effectively integrate modern learning technologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in career development facilitation, psychology, counselling, or coaching.
- Knowledge of AI applications in learning and development.
