What the role is

To support outcomes monitoring, data analytics and reporting for the Enhanced Learning Pathways (ELP) framework, enabling evidence based oversight, policy refinement and reporting.

The role ensures that Enhanced Learning Pathways outcomes are systematically tracked and supported by appropriate system and data structures in collaboration with the Digital Solutions & Services Department.

What you will be working on

1. Outcomes Monitoring & Analysis

  • Develop and maintain monitoring frameworks to track participation, progression and outcomes across Enhanced Learning Pathways.
  • Analyse trends across pathway types, Schools and cohorts to identify risks, gaps and improvement opportunities.
  • Support periodic and annual collation of pathway data from Schools and relevant units.

2. Reporting

  • Prepare dashboards, reports and briefing materials for AAA management and senior leadership.
  • Support governance‑level reporting by translating data into clear, decision‑ready insights.
  • Ensure monitoring outputs are aligned with policy objectives and institutional priorities.

3. Data & Systems Enablement

  • Work with the Digital Solutions & Services Department to define data models, data fields and system requirements for capturing Enhanced Learning Pathways information.
  • Ensure ELP‑related data is embedded at source systems to minimise manual tracking and reconciliation.
  • Collaborate with AAA Systems & Data Analytics teams to ensure consistency of data definitions and indicators.

4. Continuous Improvement

  • Provide evidence‑based recommendations to inform refinements to policy parameters, implementation practices or system enhancements.
  • Support longitudinal analysis of Enhanced Learning Pathways outcomes across cohorts.
  • Contribute data insights to reviews of the Enhanced Learning Pathways framework.

What we are looking for

  • Relevant qualifications and experience in data analysis, reporting or performance monitoring in an academic or institutional context.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into governance‑ready insights.
  • Ability to work effectively with technical teams and non‑technical stakeholders.
